WHO/WHAT: Are you a career nanny who’s looking for a more permanent, become-one-of-the-family type of role? Two of the kindest professionals you’ll ever meet seek a long-term nanny to help raise their jolly eighteen-month-old boy. Mom works from home three days per week, Dad’s offsite full-time, and the grandparents pitch in, too. You’ll ideally work two consistent days/week, 9 am - 5 pm, devoted to the little guy’s development, keeping him safe, healthy, happy, and growing strong! For the next bit, you’ll hold, comfort, feed (he’s a great eater!), change, entertain him, and guide his nap times. Already a puzzler, the young fellow gets frustrated if he can’t figure something out quickly, so challenging him with daily learning is key. Passionate readers, those who can help teach the little one Spanish, and those with an educational background skip to the front of this line! During downtime, your help with household tasks will be tremendously appreciated. This includes the toddler's laundry, cleaning bottles, vacuuming, sweeping, and making sure diaper supplies are stocked. There’s an egg allergy, there are no pets, and -- as he gets older -- you’ll need to occasionally drive in a family-provided vehicle. We realize it’s tough to predict the future but ideally, the right nanny will plan on sticking around for the next few years until the little guy heads off to school. If you think that’s you, then get your silliest peek-a-boo face ready (the little guy loves a good scare!) and APPLY today!

THE IDEAL NANNY IS….BUBBLY! You’re personable, funny, playful, and interactive. You love to have fun and it shows in how easily you'll get silly with children. You’re creative, especially with development techniques, and again, you’ll score HUGE bonus points if you are Spanish-speaking and have an educational background. Nurturing and gentle, you appreciate reciprocal, open communication. Punctual and reliable, you’re trustworthy, patient, and have a ton of common sense. Most importantly, you’re loving, kind, and helpful and you feel equally as excited to partner up with a family who’ll treat you like one of their own. This position starts as soon as we find the right nanny so tell us why that’s you by APPLYING right now!
