East Wind Nannies is looking for Back-Up Care Nannies!

Start Date: ASAP

Number of Children: Depends on the family, usually between 1 - 3 children 

Hours: You get to pick your schedule! Nanny must be available at least 8 full days/month; Nanny lets us know which days they are available to work and we will fill your schedule! Typically, most back-up care jobs take place weekdays during normal business hours.

Hourly Rate: $20/hour + PTO + Life Insurance

WHO/WHAT: East Wind Nannies is looking for experienced, nurturing nannies to join their back-up care team! This is perfect for the nanny who loves variety. The nanny must be available at least 8 days/month. The nanny lets us know when they are available to work and we will fill your schedule for you! We work with amazing families all around the Pittsburgh tri-state area who are in need of back-up care nannies that are proactive, flexible, team players, and know how to engage with kids in creative, age-appropriate activities. 

THE IDEAL NANNY….We seek candidates who have had a minimum of 3 years of recent childcare experience, with at least 2 years as a professional nanny (meaning you've nannied for non-family members for 20-40 hours/week), or a teacher, therapist, behavior interventionist, or working in a childcare center. Our back-up care jobs pay $20/hour plus we offer PTO and life insurance. If you are an experienced nanny who is ready for some flexibility in their schedule, we want to talk to you!
