WHO/WHAT: Hey there, Troubleshooter! We’re here to tell you to get your hopes up, way up, because we’ve worked with this family for years, and they’re A NANNY’S DREAM! There’s some flexibility with the start and end times, however, you’ll typically work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. There’s Mom, Dad, the sweetest four-and-a-half-year-old girl, and her baby brother’s due in March. That’s why you must be a newborn care expert as the new bundle of joy will be your primary focus in a role that could last for the next few years! You’ll overlap with their terrific current nanny, whom we placed with them many moons ago, and she has since become like family. Before she transitions into her next venture, she’ll be showing you the ropes. Mom will be on maternity leave until June, Dad works from home (but well out of your way) in a basement office, and the daughter is in kindergarten. You’ll pick her up from school around noon using your own vehicle and take her for outings to the library and local rec center. The little lady is very social and athletic, so you’ll surely also get the giggles while competing to see who can go higher on the swing set at the park. But most of your days will revolve around the baby. You’ll be there to comfort, feed, burp, change, guide naptime, and find creative ways to enhance his development through play. Your support with light housekeeping will also be deeply appreciated. This includes helping with the children’s laundry, washing bottles, sweeping, vacuuming, making sure diaper supplies are stocked, and light meal prep. There are no allergies, no pets, and it’s strongly preferred that you know how to swim. This family operates as a team, and even the grandparents live just minutes away. Nanny, you don’t want to miss out on this role so APPLY today and prepare to be welcomed with open arms.

THE IDEAL NANNY IS… ADAPTABLE! You’re calm and keep everyone in the home leveled. You know how to balance play and learning for multiple age groups and bring tons and tons of newborn care experience. Although you’re primarily proactive and always looking for ways you can deload Mom, you’re also flexible about whatever curveballs come your way. Trustworthy, reliable, and punctual, these busy professionals never have to worry about you showing up and giving them your best. You’re also loving, gentle, and patient, and plan on sticking around for years. So if you just yelled, “OH BABY, this sounds like me!” then APPLY RIGHT NOW.
