WHO/WHAT: Love a lively home that values structure and teamwork? You might be the perfect match for this sweet South Park family! Their home is full of energy, laughter, and warmth, all grounded in a strong belief in the power of a good routine. Recently relocated from the NYC area, this family is currently staying with grandparents while they settle into their long-term home nearby. Work-from-home parents, proud grandparents, a toddler, a baby, a dog, and a cat — it’s a bustling and loving environment! They’re looking for a caring, teachable nanny to join their village. They need Monday and Friday coverage (9 am–5 pm), offering consistent hours and a welcoming team environment. While their adorable two-year-old will be away at daycare most of the time, your primary focus will be on their 4-month-old daughter. You’ll handle all things baby: feeding (following their preferred baby-led weaning approach), comforting, changing, napping, and helping her thrive on a steady schedule. Pitching in with the children’s laundry, washing bottles, and occasional pet care (like letting their sweet dog outside) will be part of your rhythm too. This position is expected to last approximately 8 months, as they plan to transition their daughter into daycare around her first birthday. It’s the perfect opportunity if you’re looking for a shorter-term commitment while truly making a difference during an important first year of life!

THE IDEAL NANNY IS…Adaptable, helpful, and excited to be part of the team! You’re the type who values a family’s wishes, happily following their lead while bringing a calm, flexible attitude to the daily flow. Being “teachable” is key here — these parents know what works for their family and appreciate someone who’s eager to learn their way. You’re structured enough to keep the routine running smoothly, but warm and intuitive enough to pivot when life needs a little flexibility. You’re energized by the joy (and a little bit of lively chaos) that comes with a home full of love, a toddler, a baby, a dog, a cat, and some very proud grandparents. Sound like your kind of family? Apply now and help make this baby's first year one filled with growth, care, and connection!
