Hourly Rate: $26-33

Paid Vacation: Pro-rated vacation, sick/personal days, and paid major holidays if they fall on working days

They need Monday and Friday coverage (9 am–5 pm), offering consistent hours and a welcoming team environment. While their adorable two-year-old will be away at daycare most of the time, your primary focus will be on their 4-month-old daughter. You’ll handle all things baby: feeding (following their preferred baby-led weaning approach), comforting, changing, napping, and helping her thrive on a steady schedule. Pitching in with the children’s laundry, washing bottles, and occasional pet care (like letting their sweet dog outside) will be part of your rhythm too. This position is expected to last approximately 8 months, as they plan to transition their daughter into daycare around her first birthday.
