MOST DAYS YOU CAN FIND ME . . .

Meeting with new nannies, learning whether they have the secret sauce of what makes a fantastic nanny, and helping match them with their dream family! When I’m not caring for East Wind’s families and nannies, I can be found cooking, walking with a friend on a river trail near our home, or making homemade sourdough bread to share.

I’M MOST PROUD OF . . .

The commitment my husband and I have made to plant deep roots in our urban neighborhood. Our choice to live where we do is intentional and we strive to create margin in our lives so that we have time to do things like invite friends over for dinner and chat with neighbors passing by.

DAILY RITUALS:

French press coffee each morning. A run or resistance workout. Philosophical and theological conversations with my Southern-transplant husband.

THESE ARE A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS:

Northern Michigan sunsets, my husband cooking breakfast for dinner, leisurely meals out, taking long-weekend trips to new cities, sitting on patios with twinkle lights.
